Easter Weekend

Still trying to catch up with my posts so here is Easter weekend a month late.
When we arrived home from Mexico my parents were already at our house. We arrived around 10:30 on Friday night. On Saturday cousins Trent & Tyler had their big Stanford Invitational track meet. We got to see Trent run in his morning race but Tyler wasn't running for another 6 hrs so we didn't get to see his race. This year they had a kids race so Josie got to participate in that. Just walking to her spot on the track she complained about being too tired to walk. Oh boy, not a great start. She didn't come in last place though. All the cheering from the crowd at the finish line was fun.

Go Trent Go
It was a very exciting 1500 meter race. Trent got boxed out at the beginning and he went from last place to first place all in the final lap.

There were 2 kids per lane, 3-5yr olds. The parents were able to run along side the 200 meter race.
We went out to lunch with Craig and then walked over to Trader Joe's. Someone was wiped out.
Time to color the eggs.
Time to get beautiful.
Time to organize the eggs and sample one.
The finished product.
Easter Sunday at PCC for the 8:00 traditional service with the choir and brass instruments. Josie picked out the sweater that Auntie Bizet made for her.

Easter basket from Gahaus and Grandpa Rich. A beautiful sun dress she made and a sweet princess doll along with some books and chocolates.
Easter egg hunt in the front of the house.
Bubbles from Gram & Papa
