This was Josie's 2nd visit to the dentist. She went with me 6 months ago and Sheena, the hygenist, counted her teeth while she sat in the dental chair. Then she played on her iPad while I was being worked on. She got to pick out a treasure from the treasure chest. This time on our way there I got a call saying they had a dental emergency and couldn't see Josie at 10:15 but I could still keep my 11:00 appt. We were very close to PA Junior Museum so we swung by there for 30 min and then made it to my appt at 11 sharp. Turned out they were able to take both of us and we were out of there a few min past 12. Josie barely blinked an eye when Sheena worked on her since her eyes were focused on the TV screen above her head. She got the whole deal, scrapping, polishing, flossing. All looked good. Then she went to another chair to see the dentist and he said a couple things about her jaw being on the narrow side and she might need expanders as her big teeth are coming in but time will tell. All looks good. It was all pretty cute and of course they all thought she was so cute.
After that we sent to Santa Cruz Ave in Menlo Park to eat lunch and bumped into dear friends Skip and Leilani eating lunch so it was fun to eat with them. J and I walked to the pet shop but no animals to pet, they are there on Saturdays. We picked up a spice at Penzy's spice shop and then got a treat. We dropped off a bunch of library books and then went to My Gym for some fun. Whew, what a day.
