Christmas Preparations

On Dec 9th we made our annual trek to cut down our tree.

Stopped to watch the sunset on Skyline.

We went on a Monday around 4:00 and Josie has been at Shirley's all day. Shirley packed us a thermos of hot chocolate which we enjoyed while viewing the sunset.

Santa came to his little house downtown San Carlos. We like this Santa. He looks so real and he's quiet and sweet. He heard about La La Loopsy and pink elephant.

Josie was busy making pot holders for grandmas and aunties. She picked out the colors and the pattern and did them basically all on her own. I was so proud of all the hard work she put into them.

 Eric found a "new" washer and dryer on Craig's list for my C'mas/bday present. You can imagine how hard it was getting them down stairs and the old ones upstairs and back on the trunk.
