Josie had her first taste of food this week. She was so ready to eat after watching us eat in front of her for so long. She would stare at our food and was quite fascinated by anyone eating. The big day came and I thought she'd gobble down her rice cereal. She managed to lap up about a teaspoon or two. It was like watching a kitty eat. I tried to put her spoon on top of her tongue but she always ended up using her tongue to try and lick the spoon like a kitty laps up milk. Today she ate some avocado and seemed to like that a little more. Smart girl.
