Josie wrote her first book. We hole punched it and bound it with a ribbon to make it a real book. The cover is of her friend Ellie from school. Next page is daddy and last page is Kaira. Later she told the title and the story: The Forest and the Ocean by Josie. Cover page says "To Sammy I want to see you soon." Pg 2 "When we know the place to go." Pg 3 "Meet you at the forest."

Josie's "sister" in the Congo that we started sponsoring every month. How fitting since Joelle is both our middle names. We pray for her daily and Josie talks about going to visit her. I don't see that happening any time soon but maybe some day.
