13 months old - having fun with baskets

Josephine has made great leaps in her language in the last few days. She jabbers like usual but she also repeats words. We saw some ducks the other day and she kept saying duck. She says ball, up, hi, owie, book, mama, dada, apple... maybe more. In the store yesterdat she kept saying hi to everyone in her high pitched voice. She knows the sign for "please", "more", "all done". Before we eat when it's time to pray she folds her hands and smiles. She's so fun and laughing so much more. She continues to love books and reads out loud to herself many times during the day. She still loves her paci and blankie at nap and bed time. At home she still takes two 2-hr naps sometimes even longer. She's not so good at naps at other people's homes. She goes to bed between 7-7:30 and wakes up around 7. She walks most of the time but slides around a lot on her socks. She's often in the downward dog position pushing herself back on her feet. Yup, we're pretty head over heels about her. :-) She loves climbing in and out of things like baskets....
