Gram and Papa post Christmas visit

Gram and Papa arrived on Dec. 26th. We opened a few gifts. Uncle Mel from Canada sent Josie her first Barbie.

Uncle Hank came over to celebrate his 89th birthday. We had a nice dinner and such a nice evening with Hank.

The next day we went to Union Square and walked around. It was a little chilly in the morning but it was nice and sunny. Such a pretty day. We rode the escalator up and down in Macy's. We watched the ice skaters. We peeked in the holiday windows and saw the puppies and kittens ready for adoption.

After we ate lunch we drove over to pier 39 to the Aquarium. It was very crowded in the area but surprising we found a parking spot on the street a few blocks away. The garages were all full so we were so happy to find a parking spot. What a cool aquarium. It warmed up quite a bit and was a gorgeous day in the City.

The next night we made dinner and the Rankin's came over to celebrate my birthday. We had 10 people around the table that was half in the dinning room and half in the living room. It was cozy and fun. Josie, wearing her new apron helped Gram make some curry deviled eggs. Josie loved them. They were delicious.
