Katie Graduation

Josie and I drove to SB after school on Thursday. Graduation was at 10:00 on Friday morning. Luckily there was a slight cloud cover so the temperature was just right. It was a beautiful setting for this joyous occasion. Katie has been at Crane School since Kindergarten so a lot of life has happened here for her. What an incredible learning environment surrounded by nurturing teachers. So proud of Katie.

Katie won a tech award.

 

She also won an award with a fellow student of most improved/hardest worker.

There was delicious food at the reception. The flowers were beautiful.

 Josie always has fun playing on the playground equipment when we visit. This time she conquered the rings. Way to go Josie!

Fun at Gram & Papa's

The weather was a little chilly but since the pool is so warm swimming and hot tubbing were on the agenda.

Sat night Karen, Mom, Dad, and I went to see a play. Katie and Josie stayed alone at Katie's and had fun watching a movie and eating popcorn and reading books. Josie was fast asleep in Katie's bed when we got home around 10:30. So awesome to hang out with your cousin. We said goodbye to them and went back to sleep at Gram and Papa's and headed home Sunday morning.
